Who We Are

Blue Brick Healthcare is a progressive company, as well as a new name in the care sector. Our senior staff are highly experienced, with proven track records of delivering first-class nursing and specialist clinical care for a wide range of elderly care and specialist needs, including care of those living with the experience of dementia.

We offer the highest quality, person-centred care, within a contemporary environment that is both relaxing and stimulating, with well trained and motivated staff creating an environment that enables people to live rich and active lives.

Our Care Homes are designed and developed to be fit-for-purpose and future-proof, with every thought given to the overall well-being of the residents.

As well as our homes in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire we are also opening homes in the Midlands, so why not take a look at our developments to see if we are opening a home near you.

The Care Experience

The Environment

All bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite wet rooms, TV, telephone and wi-fi. There are also quiet rooms, lounges, dining rooms, a sensory room, activities room, library, a kitchenette, tea room, cinema, gym and a cafe. The home is set in beautiful landscaped gardens, including a safe, specialised, sensory garden, for people living with the experience of dementia.

The Staff

The key roles in our Homes are the General Manager, Care Manager, Administrator, Nursing Staff, Carers, Specialised Dementia Nurses and Carers, Housekeeper, Domestics, Maintenance Personnel, Receptionist, Chef, Kitchen Assistant and Laundry Assistant. As you'd expect, all our staff are qualified and experienced, but perhaps more importantly, they are welcoming, attentive and caring. They work in harmony to ensure our residents are afforded high quality care and are stimulated and fulfilled, feel secure, retain a good level of independence, and have fun!

The Clients

At the centre of our ethos is the desire to treat everyone as an individual, and given that, we make no assumptions about our clients. We recognise that many elderly people may feel vulnerable and frail, and quite understandably worried, or possibly even frightened, at the prospect of leaving their own home and entering a Care Home. Then there are those who may be suffering from varying stages of dementia, for whom specialist care and attention is needed. A sense of loneliness, confusion and alienation is not uncommon in these circumstances, and the Care Experience we provide takes account of all these factors. The environment we provide is based, first and foremost, on the needs of our residents.

The Services

The services we provide take into account the wide and varied needs of our clients. These range from providing a high quality, nutritionally balanced menu and a safe, comfortable environment, to specialist clinical, dementia and social care. In between, is an array of services, including those which cater for the needs of family and relatives.

We arrange stimulating and fun activities. There are also activities which are designed to help the rehabilitation process, sometimes involving carefully measured risks.

We ensure that there is complete transparency in our relationship with family and relatives with regard to any aspect of our service, particularly in areas such as clinical care and finance.
